6. Governing Law
This Waiver Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify this Waiver Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued research and analytical use of our products after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
