6. Shipment Issues & Reshipment Policy 

We understand delivery can sometimes go wrong through no fault of your own. 

If a package is confirmed as: 

• Lost in transit 
• Returned to sender due to carrier error 
• Undeliverable

We will reship your order after verification. 

Maximum of two (2) reshipments per order. 

Once two replacements have been issued, no further reshipments or refunds will be provided. 

To request a reshipment, we require delivery confirmation from the carrier (tracking, delivery attempts, etc.).

7. Incorrect Shipping Address 

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. 

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:
